Special Masterclass focused on fortifying your Grounding and enhancing the Root Chakra, located at the base of our spine.
Elif from PT Studio 7 will guide you through a Pilates Mat Flow (30 minutes) while Alessandra from The 2nd Chance will channel the Healing Energy of Reiki for you (30 minutes).
This Masterclass is especially helpful for Grounding, Stability, and Self-Worth.
